Our hickory smoked meats are nationally renowned for their great smokey flavor. Slow smoked for hours, the Ozark's favorite Hickory smoke penetrates the meat for a full mouth-watering flavor. Our method of smoking meats has been handed down for generations and has been called the best in the region. We agree, and so will you once you have tried any of our selections.



Buy by the pound.
We offer Smoked Turkey, Smoked Ham, Smoked Bacon, Smoked and Peppered Bacon, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Beef Jerky, Smoked cheddar or swiss cheeses, and smoked hocks to add to your own home cooked meals.



Buy by the sandwich.
All of our meats can be prepared while you wait, sandwiched between, a variety of breads, cheeses, and condiments. This is available anytime our store is open.



Buy by the Meal.
Saturday's are special here at the Ozarks Smoke House. Each Saturday, we open our restaurant for lunch and dinner, offering two specials. Each week, two new and different meals are prepared for you. Perhaps cornbread and beans, a slice of smoked ham, buttered corn on the cob, string beans and fried potatoes - maybe some other favorite, but always something diferent.
